Welcome. Pure wood is an initiative of MacDirect Limited. For the past 30 years we have been working with local farmers and plantation owners to not only encourage them to grow sustainably, but also supply the local market.
The Pure Wood initiative is here to help create and foster solid working relationships between farmers, who are growing or desire to grow cypress timbers, and producers to supply our kiwi customers.
MacDirect has fostered this network and we are excited to continue to build these strong working partnerships for many years to come.
INFORMED FARMERS
Over the years we have grown our understanding of the value in the partnership between the farmers and plantation owners we work with. Our aim is to provide farmers with the following

MacDirect Sawmills has been milling Cypress/Macrocarpa for more than 30 years. We know what is required to help our farmers grow the best logs for producing high quality timber products. We also have a network of customers that are looking for our Mac Products. Our Promise to our supply partners is to:
