DELIVERY + TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We offer nationwide delivery, with products arriving in flat pack form  or in a strapped packet. The cost of this is calculated at checkout. 
 

The below time frames are indications based on current demand and timber supply.

ONLINE STORE DELIVERY COSTS: (Outside of Auckland delivery charges are based on weight)

Auckland Metropolitan/Central area $80 minimum- freight will calculate based on total order. Full truck load rates may apply for larger orders.  HiAb Available at an additional charge. 

​

Waiheke and Barrier Island $80.00 to Sealink Only.  (Select Auckland freight address and give your home address on the island.) On forwarding by Sealink is at customers cost. Full truck load rates may apply for larger orders.

North Island delivery charges are based on product weight. Most products are delivered to the nearest local depot delivery only for collection. On forwarding charges may apply for larger orders if delivery is required to be made to a residential address.

South Island delivery charges are based on product weight. To the nearest local depot delivery only for collection. On forwarding charges may apply for larger orders if delivery is required to be made to a residential address.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:  - GARDEN KITSETS

Our delivery times are as follows and are a guide. These are EX YARD timeframes, so please allow for freighting.

• For North Island deliveries please allow 14-21 working days to leave our yard from order confirmation - Lead-times can increase or decrease due to demand. 

• For the South Island please allow- 14-12 working days to leave our yard from order confirmation - Lead-times can increase or decrease due to demand. 

• Freight forward times are dependent on the freight company. From Ex Yard- Expected additional 3 - 4 days North Island  and 3-5 days South Island. 

• We will notify you when it has been dispatched, Please make sure to provide your cell phone number and email address when purchasing. We will include the Freight forward tracking number for you to track progress and refer to freight forwarder.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:  - FURITURE

• TABLES - Please allow 4 - 5 weeks ex yard currently due to demand.

        All deliveries outside of Auckland are to Nearest Freight depot for collection only.​

PICKUPS:
If you are based in Auckland we allow pick up by appointment from our mill in Patumahoe.  Simply select - Auckland as the region and Pickup as your method at the checkout.
